One More Day To Save BIG On Groceries @ The Kroger / Dillons Buy 5 – Save $5 Event! #MyBlogSpark
This last weekend I saved A LOT of money on groceries. I’m always looking for ways to save, so I was very happy to hear about Kroger’s Buy 5 – Save $5 Event. Actually, I live in Kansas, and our Kroger Co. Family store is called Dillons here. Not only did I get groceries at great prices, but after I paid, I received three $5 off my purchases at Kroger / Dillons valid for the upcoming week!
So grab a cart (maybe two!) and head over to your local Kroger / Dillons grocery store today to save big. Here’s how it works: From October 14th through October 24th (today is the last day!!), all you have to do is purchase 5 participating General Mills products, and then you’ll receive a coupon for $5 off your next shopping order! The coupons are printed at checkout and are valid for one week. There are no limits on the amount of coupons you can get, so stock up!
Some of everyone’s favorite General Mills products are participating including Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Betty Crocker Brownie and Cake Mixes, Hamburger Helper, Yoplait, Totino’s Party Pizza, and lots more. I personally stocked up on Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, Cheerios, Pillsbury Refrigerated Cookie Dough, Hamburger Helper, and Totino’s Party Pizza. In the end, it was like I was being paid to buy things I already bought anyway.
Be sure to note that this promotion varies in different locations, so please make sure to check your local Kroger Co. Family of Stores for specific deals and offers. Some participating grocery stores include Kroger (of course!), Dillons (my local store), Ralphs, King Scoopers, City Market, Smith’s, Fry’s, QFC, Baker’s, Owen’s, Jay C Food Stores, Hilander, Gerbes, Fred Meyer, Pay Less Supermarkets, and Scott’s Food & Pharmacy.
Readers, which General Mills products are you most excited to see participate? There were tons of products participating that I love. What do you plan on doing with the $5 cost savings? We used ours for milk and treat money.
