One of my favorite blogger friends, Jessyca, told me about a great snack called Vitatops, and she made them sound so great I just had to try them! I contacted Vitalicious to see if they would be interested in letting me do a review of their Vitatops, and they sent me a 12 pack and agreed to give a 12 pack to one of my lucky readers! Vitatops are a 100 calorie muffin top snack that contain 15 vitamins, minerals, soy and oat bran, are high in fiber, and contain no artificial additives or preservatives. These “one-hand” snacks are satisfying and leaves you feeling full because fiber-rich foods take longer to digest. They also offer the portability of a granola bar and fit conveniently into a purse, briefcase, work out bag, backpack, or lunchbox, making eating healthier on-the-go more attainable.

We got to try the Banana Choco Chip Vitatops by Vitalicious, and they were great! These muffin tops are stored in the freezer, and so you can just sit one out to thaw when you go to bed. If you wind up being rushed in the morning, you can rest assured that you’ll still get a healthy and satisfying breakfast. We all loved the flavor of the Vitatops: it was rich without being too sweet and didn’t have a “vitamin-y” taste that some vitamin-infused foods do. My oldest son is a little bit of a bottomless pit when it comes to food, and these Vitatops did keep him satisfied longer than most snacks.
