Holiday Gift Guide | Review & Giveaway – Tropical Traditions All Purpose Cleaner #Rafflecopter

Tropical Traditions has already been so kind as to sponsor three reviews and giveaways here in the past, all products that I found myself a fan of. This time, I got a chance to review their All Purpose Household Cleaner.  Read on to find out more!

ABOUT TROPICAL TRADITIONS
Tropical Traditions was founded by Brian and Marianita Shilhavy, who returned to the Philippines with their three children in 1998. At this time, the coconut industry was depressed because of negative U.S. campaigns against tropical oils during the 1980′s-90′s. When Mr. Shilhavy first read about all the wonderful benefits of coconut oil, he asked his wife Marianita if there was a more natural way to extract coconut oil from coconuts to avoid buying the refined oils available in the Philippine markets. Marianita grew up on a coconut plantation and knew there was an older method the older generation used to extract oil by grating the fresh coconut, extracting the coconut milk, and then letting the oil stand in a container for around 24 hours. After that, the coconut oil naturally separates from the water and produces a crystal clear oil that retains the full scent of coconuts. Tropical Traditions is famous for their coconut oil and still uses this method to this day. Today, Tropical Traditions has made many healthy and organic products available to the world. They support a strong commitment to family farming and organic standards and are also against genetically modified foods. Tropical Traditions seek to restore traditional ways of producing healthy food and products.

MY OPINION
First of all, I have really come to appreciate Tropical Traditions modest packaging. They seem they are a brand that doesn’t have to hide the quality of their products (or lack thereof) behind fancy labels. Tropical Traditions All Purpose Cleaner was labeled modestly for the pack it punched. When using it to clean, I do not smell a scent AT ALL! I really like that fact…who wants to breathe in the smell of perfume-y chemicals? Not me! Plus, nothing says “I hurried up and cleaned this mess right before you got here” like the smell of cleaning agents. In addition, this all-purpose cleaner works really well. It does a terrific job on getting the mess clean the first time, without scrubbing.

Tropical Traditions has done it yet again–another product that I love! I definitely like this all-purpose cleaner more than any of the ones I have ever tried. I highly recommend this product to anyone that wants a great-working all-purpose cleaner.
