I think a home’s accessories really make a home. What you decorate your rooms with says a lot about the person that lives there. I came across a store online called Madison At Main and absolutely loved their large variety of rugs they had to offer. I contacted them to ask if they would be willing to do a product review and giveaway with me, and they agreed, so read on to find out more!

My rug when it first arrived

It was incredibly difficult to narrow down which rug I wanted to review, but in the end, I chose the Duelling Guitars Jellybean Rug. My fiance is a musician and our family is really into music in general. When the rug arrived, right away I was impressed with the texture of the rug. Some rugs are hard and scratchy, but this rug was soft and and some cushion to it while standing upon it. The image on Madison At Main‘s website doesn’t do justice to this rug. The rug really looks even better in person. I decided this rug was, indeed, going to find it’s home in a high-traffic area of my home: the kitchen.

I used the rug for one week to make sure it was good and soiled before washing it. It had built up a lot of dirt and grime in that amount of time, no doubt due to it’s location and myself having both small children and dogs. I washed it as I would wash anything else in the washer and dryer, and it came out as good as new when I was done!

After being machine-washed

I am so pleased with my Madison At Main’s Duelling Guitars rug. I absolutely love it and will continue to keep it on display in my kitchen. I highly recommend Madison At Main‘s rugs to spruce up your own home!
