Raw Foods Diet – Day 2

I am getting married 11/11/11 and I am still carrying the last 10 pounds I gained in my last pregnancy. I have decided to attempt to lose this weight through a mostly raw foods diet and exercise. I am going to be keeping track of and sharing with you all that goes along with the experience.

Today’s Notes:

So far, so good. Today I ate raw apples, bananas, pears, carrots, and broccoli throughout the day. At night, my cheat meal was 2 slices of supreme pizza. That may seem like a huge cheat, but the way I see it, I am still eating far better than I had been. I’m going to eat one thing I really want to everyday, instead of just doing that all the time.
Again, I noticed my energy wasn’t increased, it just felt like it was of better quality.
I do have a rather large bruise on my leg, so I am going to keep an eye out to make sure I am not bruising easily from this diet. I am still taking a multivitamin every day, but it is possible that I need to be getting more of some vitamin or mineral. Then again, I am clumsy and the bruise started out small, then I hit the EXACT same location again so the bruise became larger. THEN (yeah, there’s more!), I managed to jab myself with a mechanical pencil in that SAME EXACT SPOT. Kinda crazy, but yeah…the bruise very well could be a result of nothing more than my clumsiness. Also, I managed to do a little working out today. Not my 45 min goal, but I did work out for about 10 minutes. I feel like I am still on track to lose the weight and tone up a bit before the wedding as long as I keep it up.
